Jib is a results driven leader and entrepreneur passionate about growing innovative companies and programs transforming healthcare to deliver demonstrable clinical, service and fanncial value. He has thirty years of revenue/business/corporate development, strategic positioning/planning, finance, operations and clinical management experience in the healthcare industry. He has successfully launched, grown, managed and financed new ventures and repositioned established companies for greater success. He has advised large and small healthcare, insurance and financial organizations in strategy, operations and finance and assisted small to mid sized companies in raising capital.
Jib has launched and run several companies in healthcare including QuickCompliance, an online training company and Risk & Reinsurance Advisory Services, a reinsurance intermediary. He was Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Lumeris, Chief Growth Officer at PsycheAnalytics, Principal at JHDGroup, Associate Partner at Accenture and a Senior Associate at APM. He also held the dual roles of VP of Business Development and VP of Consulting Services at Confer Software, a disease management software company and, earlier in his career, was a banker at JP Morgan Chase.
Jib earned his MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar, and his BA in Economics with a Minor in Physics from Middlebury College.
