How we Work Together
Our primary focus is developing long term relationships with our clients that lead them to long term and sustainable success.  We begin all our client relationships by developing a deep understanding of our client's goals and objectives.  We then work with them to  develop and agree on a strategic and tactical plan to get them to their goals in the shortest time possible.  We design our compensation to create goal alignment between Beacon Partners and its clients.

A significant focus of our work after the planning process is business development and revenue generation.  We typically charge a monthly retainer and a success fee, which  may include cash and equity.  We also develop stretch goals and key milestones which are more than just revenue targets.  They represent major turning and evolution points in the client's business and helps move our clients to the next level of success.

For our clinical transformation work, we operate as a business partner to provide planning, execution and management assistance on a fixed fee or run rate basis.

Our focus is accelerating our clients to greater success through revenue growth, innovation and clinical transformation and we align our work and compensation to make sure we all get there together.

UCSF/John Muir Health
Managed launch and initiatives of BayHealth LLC, the JV formed to support new Accountable Care Network and Canopy, the new JV health plan. Work included integration of EPIC IT systems across both health systems and their community physicians, development of large Outpatient Center to provide integrated, value based, consumer focused care in a major market, a strategic and branding effort for the new ACN and coordinating service line strategies between the two organizations.

Blue Shield of California
Developed Cardiac and Bariatric Centers of Excellence to assess quality and outcomes for BSCA members. Created and managed a 12 physician Steering Committee of cardiologists and cardiac surgeons from the entire state of California to evaluate data and develop quality recommendations

Building provider vertical for this care coordination and patient engagement company by focusing on solutions where improved clinical results generate significant financial returns, such as readmission reduction and meaningful use.   Solutions have been statistically validated to improve care.

OfferClick
Opened new healthcare vertical for this digital promotions company.  Leveraged OfferClick services to support and extend client's strategic goals and initiatives.

Medagate
Developed new Medicaid vertical by building relationships with leading health plans for this payments card and mobile wellness/DM company.

QuickCompliance
Developed key client relationships with multiple Blue plans to rapidly build revenues to $5 million in first year to  position sale of company to Discovery Communications.  Co-founded company to provide e-learning for HIPAA, compliance and innovation.

Kaiser Permanente
Led joint strategic planning projects with health plan and Permanente Medical Group to develop market leadership strategies resulting in significant improvements in market position and revenues.
